THE committee at Bannockburn Amateur FC want to thank everyone involved in making their 33rd Annual Speakers’ Night a success.
TV and radio personality Peter Martin, sports impressionist Paul Reid and comedian John McKelvie helped with the laughter while the guests help raise funds for the Burn’s season.
The night also included an Honorary Membership presentation to James S Todd for his many years dedicated service to the club.
Chairman Derek Robertson said: “This was our most successful evening to date and so great thanks is due to our sponsors, supporters and my committee colleagues.”
Treasurer Drew Ferry added: “This is our biggest single fundraiser of the year. Because of its success we can now concentrate our energies on helping the team challenge for trophies.”
