STEVEN GERRARD has revealed that Leon Balogun will miss Rangers' match with Livingston at the weekend.
The Ibrox boss said: "Leon Balogun won't be available for the weekend, he has a small quad problem and we are waiting on results from a scan.
"Helander played great at the weekend and Edmundson had a great pre-season so I will make a decision at the weekend."
Kemar Roofe was on the end of a heavy challenge by St Johnstone's Liam Gordon on Wednesday night.
But Gerrard confirmed that the former Leeds United striker is no worse off and will be available for selection come Sunday.
He added: "Roofe is okay after that severe challenge. It is important to understand he is in a pre-season schedule with us at the moment, for example, he had a double session yesterday but he will still be available for selection on the weekend although most likely from the bench."
