The application states land off Great North Road would be scoped
PRELIMINARY plans have been lodged with Fife Council which could see a huge development built beside Lochore Meadows.
The applicant, Derek Timmons, has requested a scoping of the land just north of Lochore Meadows at Great North Road.
The applicant is looking to build a café, office, retail facilities as well as up to 80 lodges which would include car parking. Landscaping would also form part of any future application.
