Another appeal to help trace a missing 84-year-old has been issued by police today.
Willam Thom was last seen in Atlas Road in Springburn around 4pm on August 5.
He had previously been seen on CCTV around two hours earlier in Glasgow’s City Centre after alighting the number 57 bus in Bath Street.
The 84-year-old is known to suffer from dementia and his family is growing increasingly concerned for the man's welfare.

He is described as being 5ft 11ins tall, of a slim build with grey hair at the sides and bald on top.
When he was last seen William was wearing navy trousers, an olive green coloured fleece and a grey baseball cap.
Inspector Alex Beagrie of Govan Police Station said: “This new positive sighting of William puts him outside the city centre a couple of hours after his last known whereabouts.
“Our concern for him is increasingly growing and we would urge anyone who was on Atlas Road around the time William was last seen to let us know if you saw him.
“Equally anyone who was driving in the area at the time please check your dash cams and contact us if you have any relevant footage of him.
“William suffers from dementia and as such we are very concerned for his welfare and keen to find him as soon as possible.”
Anyone who has seen William or who might have relevant dash cam footage is asked to contact police as soon as possible via 101, quoting reference number 2700 of 5 August, 2020.
