A three-vehicle crash on the M8 resulted in severe delays as drivers were advised to take alternative routes.
Traffic Scotland confirmed this afternoon around 1.35pm that collision blocked off one of the lanes nearby Junction 29.
The M8 Westbound between J29 and J30 had been closed off while emergency services attended.
It is not known if there were any casualties in the crash.

Traffic Scotland wrote: "Traffic's queuing on approach so please watch your speed if you're heading that way.
"Please use an alternative route and allow extra time for your journey here.
"Also, we have a breakdown in the queue, blocking lane 2 of 4 of J27."
Police Scotland has since confirmed the carriageway was reopened.
A spokeswoman said: “Police received report of a three-vehicle road traffic crash on the M8 westbound at junction 29 around 1.20pm on Saturday, 18 July, 2020.
"Emergency services attended and the road was re-opened around 2.25pm.”
