A MAN was seriously injured after reportedly being assaulted in Kingsway Court, Scotstoun, this week.
Emergency services raced to the scene around 10.20am on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
Another man, also aged 30, was arrested in connection with the alleged assault.
Officers have confirmed that the incident is being investigated.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Around 10.20am we were called to reports of a serious assault in Kingsway Court in Glasgow.
“A 30-year-old man sustained serious injury and was taken to Southern General Hospital for treatment.
“Officers have arrested another 30-year-old man in connection with the incident.
“Enquiries into the full circumstances are ongoing.”
