A CHILD who died after an incident in Forth Valley has been named as 10-year-old Michael Heeps.
The youngster, from High Valleyfield, experienced difficulties in the water at Loch Lubnaig, near Callander, on Wednesday, June 24.
Emergency services were called at around 5.35pm, but sadly, Michael died.
His death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing. A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
A statement recently released by his family said: "He was a much-loved son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin."
