A SERVICE is available for Stirling people seeking advice about young people's support needs, learning and more during the coronavirus crisis.

An advice line is available, staffed by Stirling Council's educational psychology service, the parent and family support team as well as youth services.

Councillor Susan McGill, convener of the Children and Young People Committee, said: “During such an unprecedented national emergency it is understandable that children and young people may be feeling anxious or uncertain.

“It was crucial we quickly put in place support measures for families such as the advice line and other digital resources, and we will continue to develop these over time.”

People can email edu-wbgadvice@stirling.gov.uk or call 01786 404 040, select option five, between Monday and Fridays, 10am to 12.30pm as well as 1.30pm to 4pm for advice.
