DUNBLANE’S registrar is set to retire after nearly 20 years of service.
Rosina Hamilton has been registering births, marriages and deaths in the town for almost two decades, also running Stirling Council’s local office.
Showing their appreciation of her dedicated service, representatives from four local community bodies in Dunblane Development Trust, Discover Dunblane, the Burgh Chambers Group and Dunblane Community Council presented Rosina with a bouquet of flowers as well as a beautiful cushion from a local jeweller’s shop.
The registrar’s last working day is on Wednesday, January 15.
