A LEARN to swim programme for all ages has been launched by Active Stirling.
It will kick-start on Monday, August 19, with lessons taking place at various venues including The PEAK as well as Stirling, Wallace, Bannockburn and Balfron highs.
Gary Mackintosh, programme and development manager at Active Stirling, said: “Swimming is one of the most important skills you can learn.
“Our Learn to swim programme follows the Scottish Swimming’s National framework for swimming in Scotland and provides an inclusive pathway which offers opportunities for all to participate in swimming.
“We are excited to be launching this new programme which will give participants confidence in the water and a real love of swimming.”
There are also disability classes for children and adults, visit www.activestirling.org.uk/swimming for more details or call 01786 273 555.
