WEE COUNTY wrestler Falcon won his home bout at the weekend when Reckless Intent came to Tillicoultry with their show.

Organisers hailed a good turnout at the family-friendly event, which was held at the Devonvale Hall on Saturday, May 11.

Local man Paul McLaren, aka Falcon, defeated Delsin Dayre and Ryan Griffin in a triple threat match and there was plenty more going on in the ring throughout the evening.

Other bouts saw a Chris Renfrew victory over Brandon Adams while Jackie Grady won against Alex Webb.

Jarek Nowak, Nico Kraus and Mr Grum, with Reckless Intent general manager and Clacks man Keiran Ure, went up against and defeated The Odd Squad of Jam O'Malley, Craig Forsyth and Freddie The Fanboy.

It was then Steven Myles vs Rob Mills with the former claiming victory and one of the highlights was the Reckless Intent Tag Team Championship match.

In the ring was the Age of Orion team of Michael Chase and Theo Doros who were victorious over The Nine9, comprised of Dickie Divers and Jack Morris.

Keiran, a familiar face around Tillicoultry and beyond, hailed a "really good night" and now hopes to grow the event locally.

Indeed, he is already looking ahead to November, when the event will return with an exact date to be announced in the coming weeks.

He is advising local fans to keep an eye on the reckless-intent.com website or the Reckless Intent Wrestling Facebook page.

The wrestling company is now looking forward to the next big event in Livingston, which will take place at Murieston Scout Hall on Saturday, June 1.
