Tickets for the “Summon the Heroes” concert being held in Stirling Castle on March 16 are selling quickly.

In aid of two iconic Scottish military charities, Erskine and The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Regimental Trust, it is an evening not to be missed.

Alasdair Hutton, the renowned voice of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo will host the evening which is to be held in the splendour of the castle’s Great Hall.

Guests will be treated to musical delights such as The Capital Concert Band, The Herald Trumpets of Scotland and the Pipes, Drums and Dancers of Queen Victoria School.

Tickets are priced at £22.50 with all profits going towards Erskine and The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Regimental Museum Trust.

The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Regimental Trust chief executive, Richard Hickson, said: “Erskine and The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Regimental Trust are once again delighted to be hosting the Sounds from Stirling Castle Concert.

“The Argylls have been associated with Stirling Castle since 1794 and are pleased that this event in the Regimental home will help pay tribute to those who served in the Regiment, to undertake community engagement and wider education, and to support our Veterans.”
