A 25-year-old man has made a private court appearance in connection with the discovery of £35,000 worth of heroin in Hawick.
It follows a police search on a property in the town's McLaren Court on Tuesday.
Daniel Lenton appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court the following day, charged with being concerned in the supply of the class A drug.
He made no plea and the case was continued for further examination.
Lenton was released on bail. No date has been given for his next court appearance.
