A FAMILY of swans and cygnets have been guided home after being spotted on Glen Road. 

The animals, usually found at Ochlochy Park, had upped sticks and relocated themselves to a traffic island on Sunday morning. 

With the help of a woman from Dunblane and the incentive of some bread, the parent swans and their six cygnets were safely driven back into the park. 

The family have no immediate plans to leave on another adventure.
