A STIRLING man who broke his bail conditions has been given extra time to get himself to court.
On Thursday, 30-year-old Graham Kerr was due to be punished for attending at an address in Alva's Cochrane Crescent and attempting to communicate with a woman he was prohibited from speaking to on January 2 this year.
However, Kerr, of Cowane Street, failed to show for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court.
Sheriff David Mackie adjourned the case until March 9 as an alternative to a non-appearance warrant.
Sheriff Mackie said: "I'll give him the benefit of the doubt."
