A SAUCHIE man has been accused of urinating in a police vehicle.
On Thursday at Alloa Sheriff Court, John Foxton pleaded not guilty to acting in a threatening manner at an address in The Orchard, Tullibody, on January 6 this year.
The 44-year-old denied attempting to strike a policeman with his arms, as well as struggling violently with two constables in an attempt to resist arrest.
Foxton, of Keilarsbrae, also refutes the claim that he shouted, uttered abusive remarks and relieved himself in a cop car on the way to Falkirk Police Station.
The accused will stand trial on May 30.
