A BRAZEN thief threw on a pair of shoes and tried to walk out the shop without paying.
On Thursday at Alloa Sheriff Court, 33-year-old Michelle Jackson admitted the theft from Stirling's Primark store on December 27 last year.
Defending, Frazer McCready said: "She was caught red handed and admitted her guilt straight away."
Sheriff J.K. Tierney sentenced Jackson, of Dalmore Drive in Alva, to a Community Payback Order with 100 hours of unpaid work to be completed within eight months.
