A woman is to face trial accused of sexually assaulting an 85 year-old woman by kissing her on the mouth.
Mary McDonald (55) denies sexually assaulting the elderly woman, who cannot be named, by kissing her on the mouth, at a care home in Stirlingshire on 22 November 2014.
At Stirling Sheriff Court yesterday (Tuesday 24 March), McDonald, of St Ninians, Stirling, pleaded not guilty to the alleged incident.
Sheriff Wyllie Robertson set trial for 15 April, with a further pre-trial hearing on 9 April.
