Following submission of a Proposal of Application Notice to Fife Council, William Thomson & Son give notice of their intention to hold a Public Consultation event in respect of the following development:
Erection of mixed use development comprising Care Home, Community Health Care Centre, Retirement Housing, Affordable Housing, Community Allotment Gardens, Amenity Open Space, with associated roads and infrastructure on land lying to the south of Black Road, Kelty.
The Public Consultation event will be held at the New Kelty Community Centre on 27th June 2018, from 1pm till 7pm.

Comments should be received no later than 14th July 2018. All comments should be directed to the prospective applicant and not to the Council. Comments made to the prospective applicant are not representation to the Council and if the prospective applicant submits an application there will be an opportunity to make formal representation on that application to the Council.
