POST Office staff at the in-store branch in Cambusbarron got a surprise visit from MP Stephen Kerr.
The team were making final preparations in the build-up to Christmas and the Conservative politician was there to see how they were doing in the busy festive period.
He said: “It was fantastic to meet the team at Cambusbarron Post Office, they provide such a valuable service to the local community. I am so impressed by their dedication and hard work and wish them every success during this busy period.”
Postmaser Satnam Singh Sond added: “Christmas is one of our busiest times of the year. We were delighted that Stephen Kerr MP took time out from his busy schedule to support us and recognise the valuable service we provide to our local community.”
