STIRLING Farmers' Market has scooped the Farmers Market of the Year Award.

Stall holders would be thrilled to see all of their customers old and new at Port Street this weekend.

On offer will be fabulous Highland beef, Winston Churchill venison and Puddledub pork, as well as award-winning Arran cheeses, dairy, local free range hens eggs and ducks eggs, jams and chutneys.

There will also be organic vegetables and fruits, along with handmade local soaps, breads, cakes, fudge and jewellery.

In addition, there will be a lovely selection of wines and ciders and super new craft products too.

The market runs from 10am to 4pm, in Port Street's pedestrian area outside the Thistle Centre, on Saturday, August 12.
