Volunteers Stuart and Corrine Burnett along with Louis Stewart, all from Callander, challenged themselves to walk the long distance Mary Queen of Scots Way to raise funds for Food Train, a local charity that provides a grocery shopping service for older people in Stirling and surrounding areas.
The 107-mile route started in Arrochar and ended in St Andrews and took 11 days to complete.
They have raised over £1000 so far, but it is still not too late to sponsor them, online via the BT MyDonate (then just search for Food Train) or call Food Train.
If you, or someone you know, struggles with their shopping and would like support, please get in touch. Call 01786 450536, email stirling@thefoodtrain.co.uk or make an enquiry via the webpage www.thefoodtrain.co.uk
