A Stirling man has appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court this week charged with sexually assaulting his sister.
The 26-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to the charges before Sheriff David Mackie on Monday (26 January).
He is accused of intentionally directing a sexual verbal comment to her in a vehicle travelling between Clackmannan Road and Mar Place, Alloa, on 2 August 2014.
On the same occasion, he is alleged to have licked her on the face near to her mouth.
He is further accused of making another sexual comment to her at the Stirling Morrisons on 8 August 2014.
A new court date of 23 June has been set for the trial with a further pre-trial appearance scheduled for 8 June.
