Bannockburn Community Council: New planters were discussed at a Bannockburn Community Council meeting as a way to bring some colour to brighten up various areas in the community.
After a discussion with Stirling Council’s Land Services & Roads department, arrangements were made for planters to be installed at the top of Station Road, next to the telephone box at Quakerfield shops, at the bottom of East Murrayfield and on the pavement at the turning point at Downie Place.
The council’s Land Services planted them on behalf of the community council and their maintenance will be done within the community.
If you would like to help out, contact Bannockburn Community Council at Bannockburn Community Centre or email bannockburncommunitycouncil@yahoo.co.uk.
Bannockburn Community Council would like to thank Stirling Council’s Land Services & Roads department for their help in providing planters for the community. It is hoped these will provide a mass of colour for the benefit of all.
