A LUCKY Menstrie resident will find an extra £1,000 in their bank account after scooping the People’s Postcode Lottery Daily Prize today (Wednesday June 6).
The player entered with the postcode FK11 7EB with Judie McCourt, ambassador for the lottery, offering her congratulations.
She said: “Well done to our winner in Menstrie who picked up a prize today – I hope they enjoy treating themselves! Make sure you’re playing to be in with a chance of scooping some cash!”
At least 32 per cent of the ticket sales goes directly to charities and locally, Play Alloa is one good cause that benefited from players’ support, receiving just under £10,000 last year to provide training opportunities for volunteers.
