SUBWAY has opened within The Thistles in Stirling.
The standalone dining experience, offering a fresh alternative to fast food, is the latest new brand to arrive at the centre.
Founded in Connecticut in 1965 by then 17-year-old Fred DeLuca and friend Dr Peter Buck, Subway serves nutritious and delicious subs, soups and salads at more than 44,000 restaurants in 113 countries.
Still a family-owned business, it offers flexible sandwich customisation on freshly baked bread including flavoursome low fat options, warm breakfast choices, vegetarian and Kids’ Pak, all at great value.
Commenting on the launch a spokesperson for The Thistles said: “The opening of Subway is another welcome development at The Thistles.
"This hugely popular brand offers great tasting fresh products across a wide range of breakfast and lunch options and will further enhance the centre’s appeal as a must-visit destination.”
