MXP FITNESS is set to hold its annual thai boxing fight night next Saturday.

A number of local fighters will be competing against talent from across Scotland.

The event will be held at Alloa Town Hall on November 11 and is the first time the club has had a show since the retirement of head coach Brian Stevenson.

Tullibody's Callum Bonnar, Alloa's Michael McQueen, Sauchie's Lewis Watson and Cambus' Adam Thomson are some of the contenders who hail from Clackmannanshire.

The main event will see George Brock take on Michael MacFarlane for the Next Generation welterweight title.

On the night, there will be a licensed bar and entertainment from singers Alix Muir, Ian Whitfield and a mystery act.

Tickets are still available at £30 each and can be purchased by contacting 07956898585.

Doors open at 5pm with the first fight scheduled for 6pm.
