MORE than a 100 mouth-watering malts will be coming to the seventh Stirling Whisky Festival next May.

Hundreds of “dram busters” are expected to descend on the city when Prestigious names in the Scottish Whisky Industry like Glengoyne, Glenturret, Springbank, will all be present and ready to provide patrons with a memorable day, savouring the delights of the water of life.

The festival, which attracts people from as far as the USA and Israel, is hosted by Cameron and June McCann, owners of Stirling Spirit Company.

Cameron will assemble friends and acquaintances from distilleries and independent bottlers from across Scotland to offer visitors to the festival a range of whisky experiences.

Festival guests will also be able to purchase exclusive bottles from new festival retail partner Royal Mile Whiskies vast range of on-sale products.

With blue-chip distilleries and suppliers like Arran Distillers on board co-owner June McCann is confident of another sell-out event.

June said: "We had 700 aficionados at the 2017 event and I am hoping we are on course for another sell-out for the 2018 festival.
