AN ALLOA man has admitted breaching a Risk of Sexual Harm Order four times.

On Thursday at the county's sheriff court, Mark Anderson pleaded guilty to a number of different charges.

The 28-year-old - who is prohibited from approaching or communicating directly or indirectly with any female under the age of 18, except for contact that is inadvertent or unavoidable - admitted speaking to a 10-year-old girl at an address in Fallin on February 2 last year, contrary to the Protection of Children and Prevention of Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2005.

The accused also breached the order by being under the influence of drink or drugs at the Criminal Justice Service in Alloa's Burgh Mews and in the town's Mar Street on November 8, 2016.

He was also under the influence at Stirling Royal Infirmary on November 11 last year, and at Alloa Sheriff Court on March 30 this year.

In addition, the accused pleaded guilty to stealing household items from Alloa's Aldi store on March 24 this year, as well as nabbing a fragrance from Stirling's Debenhams on April 13.

Anderson, of Alloa's Pine Grove, was admonished for being under the influence at the Criminal Justice Service and Stirling Royal Infirmary.

In respect to the other four charges, Sheriff David Mackie sentenced the accused to a new Drug Treatment and Testing Order for two years.
