THE Crown Hotel in Stirling is now for sale.
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to market the Callander venue.
Located on the Main Street, the three-star Crown Hotel provides a great base to explore Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.
The hotel is close to car and coach parking and is a stone’s throw from the River Teith, The Meadows Play Park and the Rob Roy Visitor Centre.
It contains seven letting rooms with a bar on the ground floor which also provides entertainment over the weekends.
Owner's accommodation is also included in the sale.
Josh Hill, business agent at Christie & Co who is handling the sale, said the hotel had been owned by Bill and Mark Semple for seven years.
He added: "Bill passed away at the beginning of the year, and Mark feels that now is the right time to sell as a new owner will have an opportunity to put their own mark on a business which offers great scope and potential for growth."
