CRUDEN Homes is offering a choice of early Christmas presents to first time buyers at their popular Stirling Bridge development.

Purchasers of any of the five remaining two-bedroom properties on the current release will be able to choose from any of the following money saving offers and could be in their brand new home by Christmas.

Cruden Homes will pay legal fees up to the value of £500 and turf the rear garden or provide all flooring and turf the rear garden or provide £1500 cash back and turf the rear garden. All offers apply to legal completions by December 16.

In addition to these incentives, the hugely popular help to buy scheme is also available on all five properties, helping turn home ownership into a reality for many first time buyers looking to take the first step on to the property ladder.

Currently available for sale at Stirling Bridge is a selection of two-bedroom Forth style mid-terraced villas and Kincardine style end-terraced villas. These ideal starter homes include gas central heating and double glazing, stylish fitted kitchens with integrated fridge/freezer and a stainless steel oven, hob and cooker hood and French doors leading from the living/dining room to a private garden all included in the price.

Prices for these homes range from just £121,000 to £128,000 which already represents great value for money, but with the assistance of the help to buy initiative, prospective purchasers who qualify for the scheme, whether they are first time buyers or existing home owners, can secure their new property at Stirling Bridge without the requirement for a huge deposit.

Grace Brownlow, sales and marketing director at Cruden Homes (East) said: “There’s no doubt the Help to Buy (Scotland) initiative is providing a major boost to home ownership across Scotland allowing aspiring home owners who didn’t think they could afford to buy their own home, to do just that.

“This is particularly evident at Stirling Bridge, where many of our residents are paying less in mortgage payments through Help to Buy than they were in rent, plus of course, they have equity in their own home. In addition to this, there is now a range of early Christmas offers available, so this really is an excellent time to buy here.”

Cruden Homes’ Stirling Bridge development is a major part of the much acclaimed and ongoing £120m transformation of this area of Stirling. Over just a few years, a new, modern community has been created offering as well as stylish new homes, a health campus, two primary schools, a family centre/out of school care nursery, a community campus, sports facilities and the reclaiming and opening of the riverside walkway area.

The development has been a popular choice for first-time buyers and young families since the start, for its affordability, sense of community and handy location being only minutes from Stirling's bustling town centre and the M9.
