AS ONE of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the hanging gardens of Babylon have long been a source of fascination.

On Sunday, October 23, the Forth Valley Unitarians will be hearing talk from Roddy McPherson on the hanging gardens. This will take place at the Glasgow Unitarian Church as part of its11am morning service at Berkeley Street. Visitors are always welcome and transport may be available

Heather Spence said “Forth Valley Unitarian Fellowship brings together people with a spiritual interest who find that a fixed set of beliefs can be off-putting. Unitarians believe that everyone has the right to seek truth and meaning for themselves, and that the best setting for this is a community that welcomes you.

“We get together every six weeks or so on a Sunday morning, usually getting together with Unitarians in Glasgow or Edinburgh”
